Davines Exfoliating Scalp Cleanser

Davines SOLU Salt Scrub Cleanser is a deep cleansing scrub for your scalp and is available to buy in large 250ml or small 75ml travel sizes. Apply this rinse-out treatment to your scalp after washing and gently massage into your scalp to refresh and remove impurities, particularly pollution and product build up. After washing it out follow with your favourite hair mask.

The main ingredient is Sea Salt from the salt ponds of Mr Carmelo Culcasi in Sicily which are inside a stunning nature reserve managed by the WWF. The salt is collected by hand with no machinery involved to avoid it getting dirty or polluted and as its not processed it keeps the all essential trace elements intact (which are great for your scalp health). The scrubbing beads are made from Jojoba wax which as well as being safe for your skin are completely biodegradable.

This carbon neutral product is made at Davines Village in Parma.

Davines SOLU Salt Scrub Scalp Cleanser with Sea Salt from Paceco, Trapani on the west coast of Sicily by Carmelo Culcasi who is the 4th generation of the Culcasi family who have been producing whole salt in this region. Its one of only a few Artisanal salt ponds that produce unprocessed whole salt. The salt is collected completely by hand without any machinery involved that may pollute the salt. Whole salt is completely pure natural salt which contains magnesium, potassium, iodine and other trace elements as it has not been washed or bleached or dried in ovens. It also doesn’t have any additives such as fillers or anti-caking agents and is supplied to Davines under the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity which supports small scale producers and quality traditional products.
