How much to use:

A 10p-sized amount is enough for shoulder-length hair. Use a little more for long or very thick hair.

As a once-a-week treatment, a 250ml bottle gives you around 35 treatments, so it lasts most people six to eight months. Concentrate the mask on your mid-lengths and ends, where damage builds up. Your roots rarely need it.

How to use:

1. Shampoo with Redken Extreme Shampoo, then gently squeeze excess water from your hair with a towel.
2. Apply the mask evenly through your mid-lengths and ends, then comb through.
3. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes.
