Redken Acidic Colour Gloss Heat Protection Leave-In Treatment 200ml is suitable for all hair types and should be sprayed onto hair before heat styling to protect your hair from heat damage.

It is made with Redken’s Acidic Shine Complex* which deposits glossing molecules onto the hair to lock in shine. Acidic pH and Amino Acids leave your hair with a glossy shine and helps extend the life of your colour.

Your hair should be kept at a pH level of 4.5 – 5.5. When hair gets to a pH of 7.5 the cuticle starts to lift and you will then get colour fade & undertones are exposed. A pH of 8.5 means there is a change in your hair and scalp’s eco-system which can cause dandruff and slow hair growth. At pH level 10.5 the structure is affected and you will see frizz and breakage.
