How much to use:
Mist all over for heat protection. Apply more in your root area for more root volume when you blow dry (using a round brush)

How to use:
For heat protection:
- Shake well and spray from around 10cm away
- Mist all over clean damp hair and blow dry to around 75% dry
- For extra lift apply mist again focusing on your roots
- Section hair for your final drying
- Direct hair away from your head and use a round brush to lift roots as your dry
To refresh 2nd day hair
- Apply to dry hair main on your roots and then blow dry as you wish
