Farmed by Mr. Mario Di Latte under the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity the Torre Guaceto Fiaschetto Tomato is a key ingredient of this Davines Nourishing Shampoo. The Torre Guaceto Fiaschetto is variety of Tomato native to Southern Italy in a region called Puglia. This tomato is a part of the local culture but was at risk of dying out because it is lower yielding compared to modern hybrid varieties but thankfully is now harvested as part of the Slow Food Foundation which creates local projects that protect small scale producers and quality traditional products.
