Sustainable Curl Primer for all Curly hair types
Davines Love Curl Primer is a hydrating spray for curl definition and frizz prevention for all curly hair types. It works particularly well on type 3 and 4 curls that need more definition and can be using in combination with the other great products in the Davines Love Curl Range. One option is to apply Love Curl Primer followed by Love Curl Controller. The essential ingredient in the Love Curl range are Noto Almonds grown by Carlo Assenza on an orchard in Siracusa that dates back to at least Roman times. These provide lots of Vitamin-B, Vitamin-E as well as unsaturated fatty acids which are great for curly hair health.

“If you suffer from a lot of frizz then make sure your hair is really wet before spritzing the primer and apply liberally for extra frizzy hair. I would ideally recommend that you use a primer before your curl product. You can use primer as a solo curl product, but I feel that you will get better definition using it with your preferred curl product which I would recommend as either Love Curl Cream or Love Curl Controller
My favourite combo is Davines All In One Milk on damp hair, brush through using a manta brush then spray with water until dripping wet. Spritz all over with Love Curl Primer and then section by section apply Love Curl Cream or Controller and scrunch. Then remember to not touch your curls during the drying time, either if air drying or defuse drying!”

How to use:
- Apply by spritzing onto damp hair about 10 centimetres away
- You can spray it into the palm of your hands rub palms together and then scrunch into your hair
- Once all sections are done either apply your favourite curl product or diffuse dry or leave to dry naturally – Don’t touch your hair at all while letting it dry (this will minimise frizz).
