The Process
Pure Keratin can be used in all hair types (virgin, coloured, bleached, highlighted, permed or relaxed)
The application process takes 1.5 to 4 hours depending on the length and thickness of the hair. After product is applied, it is sealed with a hot iron which traps moisture, hydrates the hair and creates a glossy finish.
The price
Includes specialist shampoo and conditioner (containing Keratin and UV protection) and a follow up blow-dry, style and finish in 72 hours to ensure you are happy with the results.

Do’s and Don’ts
It is important that the hair is left in its natural state until you return to us in 3 days. We can only guarantee results if the following points are observed.
- Do not get your hair wet until you return to us in 72 hours
- Do not tuck your hair behind your ears or use spectacles to hold your hair back
- Do not use grips or any other device to tie your hair back
- Use only Kerartin shampoo and conditioner provided

As this appointment can take up to 5 hours of our stylist’s time, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit of which is deducted from your final bill.

A: No. The hair should not have any impressions made by using bands or clips.
Q: What should be done if the hair gets wet during the 72-hour waiting period?
A: Blow the hair dry and flat iron to smooth out.
Q: What kind of shampoo and conditioner should be used?
A: Keratin Complex Natural Shampoo and Conditioner. A mild conditioning treatment that does not contain sodium chloride.
